Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pelayanan Pada Kantor Kelurahan Baros, Kota Cimahi

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Kelurahan Baros, Kota Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepada masyarakat Baros yang telah menggunakan jasa di Kantor Kelurahan Baros. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 116 orang, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 115 orang yang dipilih dengan metode accidental sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis rating scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pelayanan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 5.187 dan nilai t tabel (Dk = n - k - 1) sebesar 1.658. Karena t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel dan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0,000 (sig < 0,05), dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pelayanan. Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pelayanan memperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar -0.385 dan nilai t tabel sebesar 1.658. Karena t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel dan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0,701 (sig > 0,05), dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pelayanan.
