Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Apotek Cinta Sehat 24. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yakni dengan menggambarkan bagaimana gambaran Motivasi Disiplin dalam Kinerja karyawan pada Apotek Cinta Sehat 24. Hasil pembahasan menunjukan bahwa Apotek Cinta Sehat 24 sudah baik dan seluruh karyawan hingga pimpinan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan pelayanan yang di lakukan di Apotek Cinta Sehat 24, peningkatan kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal dimana faktor internal salah satu nya motivasi , motivasi dilakukan dengan terus memotivasi karyawan untuk melakukan pelayanan sebaik-baiknya selain motivasi peran kompetensi dari pemberi layanan itu sendiri juga sudah dikatakan baik dan menjadi faktor dalam meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan di Apotek Cinta Sehat 24.
