Abstract
Pelayanan kesehatan sangat penting bagi kehidupan masyarakat. Salah satu contohnya adalah Rumah Sakit, yang menjadi lokasi utama pasien untuk mendapatkan perawatan medis, karena pasien mungkin memiliki akses terbatas terhadap perawatan medis. Tenaga medis di Rumah Sakit sangat penting dalam memberikan layanan medis berkualitas tinggi kepada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penulis akan melakukan sesuatu untuk mendapatkan hasilnya. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yang didasarkan pada filosofi postpositivisme, untuk menyelidiki kondisi alami dari subjek penelitian. Peneliti berfungsi sebagai instrumen utama dalam metode ini. Metode ini mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan berbagai metode triangulasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang fenomena yang terjadi pada subjek penelitian, seperti bagaimana menangani keluhan pasien di rawat inap. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikannya sebagai karya ilmiah. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian deskriptif untuk menyampaikan fakta, gejala, atau kejadian tentang bagaimana tenaga medis melayani pasien BPJS di RS Muhammadiyah Kota Bandung. Kinerja tenaga medis di RS Muhammadiyah Kota Bandung terhadap pasien BPJS cukup baik, terutama dalam hal pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman mereka. Di sisi lain, upaya terus-menerus diperlukan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan layanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pasien. Meskipun telah dilakukan banyak upaya, pelayanan tenaga medis di RS Muhammadiyah Kota Bandung menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pasien BPJS.
