Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Petugas KPPS dalam Pemilu 2024 di Desa Puteran”. Tujuan pokok penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap kinerja Petugas KPPS dalam Pemilu 2024 di Desa Puteran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei, pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh sebanyak 45% dari total populasi sebanyak 168 orang yaitu 76 orang sampel Petugas KPPS di Desa Puteran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner google forms. Data lapangan selanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan perangkat computer SPSS 26. Serta analisis regresi linear sederhana untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja Petugas KPPS di Desa Puteran dengan angka koefisien determinasi r square sebesar 0,595 yang berarti 59,5% perubahan pada variabel kinerja Petugas (Y) dapat diterangkan oleh pengaruh Pelatihan (X).
