Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemberdayaan guru dalam meningkatkan pendidikan di SMA Muslimin Sindangkerta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah tersebut masih kekurangan tenaga pengajar karena sulitnya mencari pengajar yang mau mengajar di sekolah tersebut Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuatatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih objektif dan terukur tentang strategi pemberdayaan guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMA Muslimin Sindangkerta, dengan harapan dapat memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk pengambilan keputusan di bidang pendidikan. bahwa pelatihan guru juga merupakan faktor penting dalam upaya pemberdayaan guru di SMA Muslimin Sindangkerta. Pelatihan tersebut meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan guru, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Selain itu, program khusus kewirausahaan dan public speaking juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan siswa secara holistik. Kerja sama dengan masyarakat setempat dan instansi sekolah sekitar juga menjadi faktor penting dalam memperkuat pendidikan di SMA Muslimin Sindangkerta
