Abstract

Lingkungan kerja menjadi hal yang sangat penting di beberapa Perusahaan Karena memperngaruhi produktivitas, kesejahteraan, dan kepuasan karyawan tentunya. Masing masing perusahaan mempunyai lingkungan kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja nya masing masing indikator-indikator kerja yaitu untuk mengukur dan menilai sejauh mana karyawan dan tim telah mencapai standar atau harapan yang ditetapkan dalam pelaksanaan tugas – tugas mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dentalcare Solution. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah survei dan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22 for Windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ( Uji T ) variabel lingkungan kerja, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan ( Uji F ) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Lingkungan kerja ( X1 ) Beban Kerja ( X2 ) dan Kepuasan Kerja ( X3 ) terhadap Kinerja karyawan ( X3).
