Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. PLN Unit IndukTransmisi Jawa Bagian Tengah

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. PLN Unit Induk Jawa Bagian Tengah, baik pengaruh secara parsial maupun pengaruh secara simultan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan total sampel sebanyak 32 orang responden dari total populasi 145 orang karyawan di PT. PLN Unit Induk Transmisi Jawa Bagian Tengah.
Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS IBM Statistic versi 23. Dari hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan bahwa variable reward (X1), variable punishment (X2) dan kinerja karyawan (Y) dinyatakan valid dan reliabel terhadap penelitian. Model regresi menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan diperoleh: Y = 6,556 + 0,385 + 0,926 + e.
Setelah di lakukan uji t, reward memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 2,128 dan ttabel sebesar 2,045 berarti reward berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variable Punishment memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 3,811 dan ttabel sebesar 2,045 berarti punishment berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan..
Berdasarkan hasil uji F, nilai Fhitung sebesar 31,402 lebih besar dibandingkan Ftabel sebesar 3,32. Dikarenakan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (31,402 > 3,32) maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, artinya variabel reward dan punishment berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 69%.
