Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Kompensasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan di Kota Bandung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis verifikatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial. Motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja secara Parsial. Beban Kerja, Kompensasi dan Motivasi secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.
