Evaluasi Efektivitas Program Pelatihan Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) Dengan Metode Kirkpatrick (Studi Pada Pelatihan Karyawan divisi Manufaktur PT XYZ)

Abstract
Industri farmasi di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan, termasuk PT XYZ sebagai salah satu pemain utama dalam industri tersebut. Saat ini PT XYZ mengalami masalah machine breakdown pada mesin penghasil produk unggulan “A”, yang mengakibatkan penurunan produktivitas mesin produksi dari tingkat maksimum 100% menjadi di bawah 50%. Setelah dilakukan analisis masalah menggunakan Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, ditemukan bahwa penyebab terjadinya machine breakdown adalah kurangnya perhatian dari para pekerja terhadap penggunaan mesin, seperti kurangnya pemeliharaan mesin dan minimnya pemantauan terhadap suhu dan kecepatan mesin. Merujuk kepada hasil analisis tersebut, perusahaan melaksanakan pelatihan siklus Plan, Do Check, Act selama 5 hari, dengan fokus khusus pada divisi Manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas program pelatihan dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja pekerja, khususnya dalam mengatasi machine breakdown. Evaluasi pelatihan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Kirkpatrick empat level. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 21 pekerja divisi manufaktur. Metode dan analisis data menggunakan evaluasi model Kirkpatrick. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dampak positif pada tingkat reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan telah efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas operasional dan berpengaruh dalam perubahan perilaku pekerja sehingga insiden machine breakdown dapat berkurang menjadi 0% setelah pelatihan, serta menciptakan perubahan yang signifikan dalam perilaku pekerja.
