Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan dapat meningkatkan dan memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan dengan memiliki karyawan yang disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang baik dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang telah dimilikinya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantatif. Populasi sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Mutif Corporation dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 120 responden yang merupakan karyawan dari CV. Mutif Corporation Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dan survey langsung. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu snalisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis inferensial yangterdiri dari analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan uji t dan uji F sebagai pengujian hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS 26.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, maka penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan. Variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan besarnya nilai probabilitas F sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05). Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,000. Lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikansi t sebesar 0,000. variabel disiplin kerja merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien standarisasi beta sebesar 0,602 lebih besar dibandingkan nilai variabel lingkungan kerja yang hanya memberikan pengaruh sebesar 0.164 terhadap kinerja karyawan.
