Pengaruh Kepuasan Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Minimarket Di Aceh

Minimarket di Aceh sedang mengahdapi persaingan dengan pasar ritail yang baru dan pasar tradisional untuk memperoleh market share oleh sebab itu supermarket harus mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dengan cara meningkatkan kepuasan dan kepercyaan pelanggan. Penelitian ini berhasil mengumpulkan data 270 responden dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sedangkan untuk tehnik analisis data dari penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis Amos yang berhasil membuktikan bahwa kepuasan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas Minimarket di Aceh.
