Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Kuta Cot Glie Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Camat Kuta Cot Glie Kabupaten Aceh Besar dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Kuta Cot Glie Kabupaten Aceh Besar dan secara simultan menunjukan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Kuta Cot Glie Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kompensasi pegawai mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin tinggi kompensasi pegawai maka semakin meningkat kinerjanya. Dengan adanya kompensasi yang baik dalam organisasi akan membawa dampak yang positif untuk organisasi.
