Abstract
Bonus Demografi yang diprediksi akan terjadi di Indonesia pada tahun 2020 - 2030 menjadi perhatian lebih bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia, keadaan ini ditandai dengan Populasi Penduduk usia Produktif melebihi Populasi Penduduk usia non Produktif. Hal ini tentu saja berhubungan dengan Dependency Ratio/Rasio Ketergantungan dimana akan terjadi ketergantungan penduduk usia non produktif terhadap penduduk usia produktif. Maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah Populasi Penduduk, Tingkat Partisipasi angkatan Kerja, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia & Jumlah Penduduk Miskin mempengaruhi Dependency Rasio di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur pada tahun 2017 - 2021. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah analisis regresi data panel. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan objek penelitian Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat tahun 2017 - 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Populasi Penduduk, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Jumlah Penduduk Miskin memiliki pengaruh terhadap Dependency Rasio, sedangkan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka dan Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh Terhadap Dependency Ratio.
