Abstrak
Sumber daya manuisa yang handal merupakan salah satu yang dibutuhkan di era globalisasi. Setiap organisasi selalu mengharapkan sumber daya yang mampu bekerja secara efektif dan efisien agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai Oleh karena itu Pengembangan Sumber daya manusia, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkat kinerja karyawan. Dilihat dari hal tersebut maka rumusan masalah dalam peneleitian ini adalah apakah Pengembangan Sumber daya manusia, Disiplin kerja, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Jenis dalam penelian ini adalah kuantitatif. pengembilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik sampling random sampling. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170 responden dengan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yang berjumlah 63 responden. data di peroleh dan analisa secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis data melakukan pengujian uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, (uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linearitas), uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis (uji T), uji koefisien determinasi ( R square). Hasil yang telah di lakukan dalam penelitian ini bahwa variabel pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
ABSTRACT
Reliable human resources are one that is needed in the era of globalization. Every organization always expects resources that are able to work effectively and efficiently so that company goals can be achieved. Therefore, human resource development, work discipline, job satisfaction are very important factors in improving employee performance. Judging from this, the formulation of the problem in this research is whether Human Resource Development, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction affect employee performance. The type in this research is quantitative. taking the sample used in this study using the probability sampling method with random sampling sampling technique. The total population in this study amounted to 170 respondents with a sample using the slovin formula, totaling 63 respondents. data were obtained and analyzed quantitatively using data analysis tools to carry out validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classic assumption tests, (multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests), multiple linear regression analysis tests, hypothesis testing (T test), test the coefficient of determination ( R square). The results that have been carried out in this study are that the human resource development variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
