What Your APC Covers
Publishing ServicesHow Payment Works
4 Simple StepsPayments must be made only to the official bank account stated on the invoice. The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is issued upon acceptance and payment confirmation.
Refunds & Fee Waivers
COPE CompliantRefund Policy
Because copyediting and production start immediately upon acceptance, paid fees are non-refundable, including when an author withdraws a manuscript after acceptance. Refunds apply only in the case of a verifiable billing error, such as a duplicate transfer.
Fee Waivers
Authors from low-income countries (World Bank classification) and domestic authors with documented financial hardship may request a partial or full waiver. Submit your waiver request together with an official justification letter from your institution at the time of submission via our Contact Information page.
