Pengaruh Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku dan Efisiensi Biaya terhadap Kualitas dan Kelancaran Proses Produksi

This study aims to analyze the effects of raw material inventory control and cost efficiency on the quality and smoothness of the CPO production process at PKS PT. Mitra Bumi Bangkinang. The study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The population consisted of 85 employees involved in production activities, all of whom were selected as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results showed that raw material inventory control had a positive and significant effect on production quality, while cost efficiency also had a positive and significant effect on production quality. Raw material inventory control and cost efficiency each had a positive and significant effect on the smoothness of the production process. In addition, production quality had a positive and significant effect on the smoothness of the production process. These findings indicate that raw material inventory management, cost efficiency, and production quality are interrelated in supporting the smoothness of the CPO production process.
