Abstract
Kajian ini bertujuan menelaah sejauh mana efektivitas media interaktif yang dikembangkan dengan landasan teori Multimedia Learning dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep biologi peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review dengan menelusuri berbagai artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional yang dipublikasikan dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir. Proses kajian dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi, seleksi, analisis, dan sintesis terhadap literatur yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teori Multimedia Learning pada media interaktif seperti e-modul, video animasi, serta interactive digital slide secara konsisten mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep biologi, keterlibatan belajar, serta motivasi peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media interaktif berbasis teori Multimedia Learning memiliki potensi tinggi untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran biologi sebagai sarana pendukung pembelajaran yang efektif dan bermakna.
