Manajemen Portal Jurnal Lembaga KITA menyampaikan apresiasi dan terima kasih yang setinggi-tingginya kepada seluruh Perguruan Tinggi, Lembaga Penelitian, dan Institusi yang telah mempercayakan publikasi karya ilmiah terbaiknya pada jurnal-jurnal kami. Pasca pelaksanaan re-desain tampilan portal dan pembaruan sistem ke Open Journal Systems (OJS) versi 3.5.0-5, tim kami telah menuntaskan pembenahan serta standardisasi data arsip publikasi selama 10 tahun terakhir. Hingga saat ini, portal jurnal kami telah menerbitkan secara resmi sebanyak 4.990 artikel ilmiah dari 14.277 penulis yang tersebar pada 10 jurnal ilmiah.
1. Mengenal Fungsi Research Organization Registry (ROR)Research Organization Registry (ROR) adalah registri global terbuka yang menyediakan pengenal unik permanen (Persistent Identifier) bagi setiap organisasi riset dan perguruan tinggi di dunia (Informasi resmi: https://ror.org/about/). Dalam ekosistem publikasi ilmiah modern yang terhubung dengan Crossref, DOAJ, OpenAlex, Dimensions, dan pengindeks bereputasi lainnya, integrasi ROR berfungsi untuk:
- Menyatukan berbagai variasi penulisan nama perguruan tinggi ke dalam satu identitas digital resmi yang diakui secara internasional.
- Memastikan setiap artikel yang terbit terhubung secara otomatis dan presisi ke profil resmi perguruan tinggi penulis di pangkalan data ilmiah global.
- Meningkatkan visibilitas, keterlacakan sitasi, dan rekognisi kinerja riset institusi di tingkat nasional maupun internasional.
Tim Pengelola Portal Jurnal telah menyelesaikan audit dan pembaruan metadata afiliasi pada seluruh arsip artikel yang telah terbit (published). Saat ini, sebesar 90,04% afiliasi penulis (12.795 penulis dari 697 perguruan tinggi/institusi) telah terhubung secara resmi dengan ID ROR masing-masing. Bagi perguruan tinggi atau institusi yang belum tercantum dalam daftar ROR di bawah ini karena belum terdaftar pada pangkalan data global maupun sedang mengalami perubahan bentuk/penggabungan kelembagaan, kami menghimbau pihak LPPM atau pengelola jurnal institusi terkait untuk mendaftarkan institusinya secara gratis melalui laman resmi https://ror.org/ (pada menu Suggest a curation request), serta menginformasikan ID ROR yang telah terbit kepada Tim Editorial kami untuk pembaruan metadata.
3. Kebijakan Wajib Penulis Baru: Standar Pengisian Afiliasi dan Biografi PenulisUntuk menjaga konsistensi standar metadata ke depan, setiap penulis (Author dan Co-Author) yang mengirimkan naskah baru (Submission) wajib mematuhi ketentuan berikut (yang akan diverifikasi oleh Tim Editorial pada tahap pemeriksaan awal):
A. Kolom Affiliation (Afiliasi):
Wajib diisi hanya dengan Nama Resmi Perguruan Tinggi atau Institusi Induk sesuai standar ROR yang tersedia pada fitur pencarian otomatis (auto-complete) di OJS. Penulis tidak diperkenankan mencantumkan jabatan, status (Dosen/Mahasiswa/Alumni), email, maupun nama Program Studi/Fakultas pada kolom Affiliation.

B. Kolom Bio Statement (Author Biography):
Wajib diisi dengan rincian lengkap penulis menggunakan urutan: Jabatan/Status, Program Studi/Jurusan, Fakultas, Nama Perguruan Tinggi/Institusi, Kota, Provinsi, dan Negara.

Following a comprehensive metadata audit, 90.04% of our published authors (12,795 authors from 697 verified institutions) are now officially connected to their ROR IDs.
