Publication Frequency

This journal is published regularly three times a year (triannually)—once every four months—in April, August, and December. Each issue features a curated collection of peer-reviewed research articles, literature reviews, and empirical case studies covering the full spectrum of economics, management, accounting, and secretarial studies. Language Policy

Indonesian & English

This journal accepts full-text manuscripts written in English or Indonesian. To comply with global indexing and metadata interoperability standards, every published article—regardless of its primary language—must include an English title, structured English abstract, English keywords, and Romanized bibliographic references alongside Indonesian metadata. Submissions must be written in clear, grammatically accurate academic prose; manuscripts requiring extensive language editing may be returned prior to peer review.

Peer Review Process & Workflow

Double-Blind Review

Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under simultaneous consideration elsewhere. Every submission undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by at least two (2) independent external reviewers with verified expertise in the field. Editors and editorial board members are never involved in editorial decisions regarding manuscripts they have authored or where a competing interest exists.

Stage 1: Initial Desk Screening The editorial team evaluates scope alignment, template adherence, and mandatory ethical declarations (AI Usage, CRediT Author Contributions, Funding Statement, and Conflict of Interest).
Stage 2: Similarity & AI Screening Manuscripts are screened via iThenticate, Turnitin, and Copyleaks prior to review. Submissions exceeding the 20% similarity threshold are returned or declined.
Stage 3: Double-Blind Evaluation Anonymized manuscripts are assessed by at least two independent reviewers. Both author and reviewer identities remain masked, and reviewers are prohibited from uploading manuscripts to public AI tools.
Stage 4: Decision, Revision & Production Based on reviewer reports, the Editor-in-Chief issues a decision (Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Decline). Accepted papers proceed to copyediting, DOI registration, and PDF typesetting.

On average, authors can expect an initial desk decision within 2 weeks, a peer review cycle of 4 weeks, a total submission-to-acceptance timeframe of approximately 6 weeks, and online publication within 2 weeks of acceptance. Every published article explicitly records its complete genesis dates (Received, Revised, Accepted, and Published).

Special Issue Policy

Guest-Edited Collections

This journal periodically publishes Special Issues focusing on emerging, high-impact research themes within economics, management, accounting, and secretarial studies. Special Issues are coordinated by qualified Guest Editors under the direct supervision of the Editor-in-Chief, who retains final authority over all acceptance decisions. All Special Issue submissions undergo the exact same double-blind peer review process by independent external reviewers as regular issues.

Special Issue proposals must include:

  • A clear title and concise rationale outlining the proposed thematic focus;
  • Relevance to the journal’s scope and contemporary national or international research priorities;
  • Full names, institutional affiliations, and verified academic and ORCID profiles of proposed Guest Editors;
  • A proposed milestone schedule for call-for-papers, peer review, and publication.

Special Issue proposals should be submitted to the editorial office via the Contact Information page.

Plagiarism & Screening Policy

Max 20% Similarity

This journal enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism, self-plagiarism (text recycling), data fabrication, redundant publication, and citation manipulation. Every submitted manuscript is screened prior to peer review using iThenticate, Turnitin, and Copyleaks.

Similarity & Originality Threshold Manuscripts exhibiting an overall similarity index exceeding 20% (excluding bibliography and properly quoted material) or containing undisclosed generative AI text will be desk-rejected or returned for substantive revision in accordance with COPE guidelines.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

COPE Harmonized

This journal recognizes the supportive role of generative Artificial Intelligence tools in academic writing while upholding strict research transparency. The following rules govern all submissions:

  • Mandatory Disclosure: Authors must include an explicit declaration prior to the References stating whether AI-assisted technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Grammarly AI, DeepL, QuillBot) were used during manuscript preparation, specifying the tool name, version, and purpose.
  • Prohibition of AI Authorship: In accordance with COPE standards, AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors because software entities cannot bear legal or ethical accountability for published work.
  • Permitted & Prohibited Scope: AI assistance is permitted strictly for language polishing, grammar refinement, and translation support. AI must never be used to fabricate empirical data, generate fictitious citations, or manipulate scientific figures and conclusions.
  • Human Accountability: Human authors retain full legal and academic responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of all content in their manuscript.
  • Confidentiality in Peer Review: Reviewers and editors are strictly prohibited from uploading confidential manuscripts to public AI platforms during the evaluation process.
