Call for Papers IJSECS Volume 6, Number 3, December 2026
Dear Esteemed Authors and Researchers,
The Editorial Board of the International Journal of Software Engineering and Computer Science (IJSECS) cordially invites researchers, academics, practitioners, and developers worldwide to submit original manuscripts for Volume 6, Number 3, December 2026. This edition is published as In Press, with accepted articles made available online starting from September–October 2026, prior to the official volume compilation in December 2026. Authors benefit from early visibility and rapid dissemination of their research findings.
SPECIAL THEME TRACK — APC WAIVED
This edition features a Special Theme Track entitled: "Artificial Intelligence for Accessible Development: Generators, AI Skills, and Open-Source Tools"
Topics under this track include, but are not limited to:
- AI-powered code generators and code synthesis tools
- AI skill development and intelligent tutoring systems
- Open-source AI applications and freely accessible tools
- AI assistants, chatbots, and NLP-powered developer tools
- Generative AI for software testing, documentation, and design automation
- Frameworks and pipelines for building AI-integrated applications
Article Processing Charge (APC) — WAIVED
Manuscripts submitted under the Special Theme Track are fully exempt from the Article Processing Charge (APC). To qualify, authors must provide a publicly accessible GitHub repository containing the source code, dataset, or tool described in the paper. The repository must be open, freely usable, and properly documented with a README file and an open-source license.
GENERAL TOPICS — STANDARD APC APPLIES
Manuscripts on general topics are also welcome. Topics include, but are not limited to:

- Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All manuscripts must be submitted through the OJS portal on our official website. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not currently under review elsewhere. Authors are required to follow the journal's Author Guidelines available on the website. For Special Theme submissions, please include the GitHub repository link within the manuscript. We warmly invite you to contribute your best work and look forward to receiving your submissions.
