Author Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation

Authors are required to prepare their manuscript in accordance with the following guidelines before submission. Manuscripts that do not comply with these requirements may be returned without review.

Language

All manuscripts must be written in English. Authors whose first language is not English are strongly encouraged to have their manuscript proofread by a native English speaker or a professional language editing service prior to submission.

File Format

Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. PDF files are not accepted for initial submission. Authors should use the official manuscript template available on the journal website.

Manuscript Structure

A complete manuscript should include the following sections in order:

  1. Title — Concise, informative, and no longer than 20 words.
  2. Abstract — Structured abstract of 150–250 words, covering: Background, Objective, Method, Results, and Conclusion.
  3. Keywords — 4 to 6 keywords, separated by semicolons.
  4. Introduction — Background, literature review, research gap, and objectives.
  5. Related Work / Theoretical Background — Review of relevant prior studies, foundational theories, or conceptual frameworks that underpin the research.
  6. Method — Research design, data collection, and analysis procedures.
  7. Results — Findings presented clearly with tables or figures as appropriate.
  8. Discussion — Interpretation of results, comparison with prior work, and implications.
  9. Conclusion — Summary of key findings and future directions.
  10. Acknowledgements (if applicable) — Funding sources, contributors, and AI tool disclosure.
  11. References — Formatted according to APA 7th Edition.

Note: The Related Work / Theoretical Background section may be merged with the Introduction if the authors find it more appropriate for the nature of their research.

Manuscript Length

Manuscripts should be between 4,000 and 8,000 words, excluding references. Manuscripts significantly outside this range may be returned for revision prior to review.

Figures and Tables

All figures and tables must be numbered consecutively and include descriptive captions. Figures should be submitted in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). Tables must be editable and not submitted as images.

Citation and Reference Style

This journal uses the APA 7th Edition referencing style. All in-text citations must correspond to a full reference in the reference list. The use of a reference management tool (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote) is strongly recommended.

Ethical Requirements

Authors must ensure their submission complies with the journal's Publication Ethics policy. This includes disclosure of conflicts of interest, AI tool usage (in the Acknowledgements), and ethics committee approval for research involving human subjects. All submissions are screened for plagiarism using iThenticate and Turnitin.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under review by another journal or publication.
  • The manuscript is written in English and has been proofread for grammar and clarity.
  • The manuscript follows the Author Guidelines, including structure, length, and formatting requirements.
  • The manuscript file is in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format and has been anonymized for double-blind review.
  • The manuscript uses APA 7th Edition referencing style, and all references are complete and accurate.
  • All figures and tables are numbered, captioned, and of sufficient resolution.
  • All authors have been listed with their full names, institutional affiliations, and valid email addresses.
  • The corresponding author's details are accurate and include a valid institutional email address.
  • Conflicts of interest have been declared, or a statement confirming no conflict of interest has been included in the manuscript.
  • Any use of AI or AI-assisted tools has been disclosed in the Acknowledgements section.
  • Where applicable, ethics committee approval for research involving human subjects has been obtained and documented in the manuscript.
  • I have read and agree to the journal's Publication Ethics policy and Copyright Notice.

Computing and Information Technology

This section accepts original research, reviews, and technical reports in the fields of computing, information systems, and information technology. Topics include software development, IT management, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. All submissions will be peer-reviewed.

System Methodologies and Models

This section welcomes manuscripts focused on system methodologies, modeling, and analysis in software engineering and computer science. Areas of interest include system design, modeling languages, simulation, and process improvement. All articles will undergo peer review.

Intelligent Systems and Control

This section covers research and reviews on intelligent systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and control systems. Submissions may address theory, applications, and innovations in intelligent automation and control. All submissions are peer-reviewed.

Networking and Security

This section publishes articles on computer networks, network protocols, cybersecurity, information assurance, and related topics. Contributions may include case studies, technical reports, and research articles. All submissions will be peer-reviewed.

Workflow Automation & Productivity Tools

This section welcomes original research articles, reviews, case studies, and technical reports focusing on workflow automation platforms and productivity tools such as n8n, ClickUp, Zapier, Make, and similar applications. Manuscripts should address topics including, but not limited to, implementation strategies, integration with existing systems, comparative analyses, practical experiences, technical challenges, and innovative uses in various domains. Submissions will undergo peer review and accepted papers in this section are exempt from publication fees.

This Privacy Statement explains how this journal collects, uses, and protects the personal information provided by users, including authors, reviewers, editors, and readers, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
