Strategic management perspectives are represented by research on international market development strategy in companies and a financial performance analysis of Misool Baseftin Foundation, which doubled its performance over five years.

    Social impact and entrepreneurship are explored through two articles: welfare transformation through productive business empowerment at Khadijah 2 Orphanage Surabaya, and the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions with entrepreneurial motivation and opportunity recognition as intervening variables.
