This study aims to develop a marketing communication model for Situ Tujuh Muara tourism to increase the attractiveness of the tourist destination and the number of existing tourists visits so that it is more attractive and can be sold more widely. The study uses a mix method approach, namely qualitative with quantitative strengthening. The results show that the marketing communication model (15%), tickets (10%), distribution model (10%), human resources (10%), process (11%), physical form (15%), and for networking (11%) necessarily the total percentage is 82% which impacts the use of tourism promotion technology Y1 and the use of social media promotion Y2. This means that the remaining percentage, which is around 18 %, comes from factors outside the seven variables. Meanwhile, the promotional strategy has no influence. The aforementioned variables were measured using SPSS software (version 25) to generate numerical data, which were then analyzed and interpreted in conjunction with the theories underpinning this study.
