The construction sector requires human resources with adequate competence, an understanding of occupational safety and health (OSH) practices, and appropriate compensation to support work performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, occupational safety and health (OSH), and compensation on employee performance at CV SHT Madiun. The study employed a quantitative explanatory approach with a saturated sampling technique involving 45 project employees. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient of 0.385, a t-statistic of 4.036, and a p-value of 0.000. OSH also has a positive and significant effect, with a path coefficient of 0.297, a t-statistic of 3.217, and a p-value of 0.001. Compensation has a positive and significant effect, with a path coefficient of 0.342, a t-statistic of 4.044, and a p-value of 0.000. These findings indicate that strengthening employee competence, consistently implementing OSH practices, and providing appropriate compensation are important for supporting employee performance in construction companies.
