Abstract
The furniture industry is a high-value-added manufacturing sector that demands rigorous operational efficiency. PT Inax International has faced challenges stemming from the use of a manual, non-integrated, spreadsheet-based stock recording system. This has resulted in data inconsistencies, delays in obtaining real-time production status information, and limited data accessibility across the factory floor. This project aimed to analyze requirements and design a simple, efficient, web-based stock recording information system. The resulting platform enables centralized, automated entry and retrieval of work-in-progress stock data via both mobile and desktop devices. Implementing this system has successfully reduced reporting delays between departments and improved the flexibility of accessing production-related data.
