System Maintenance and Website Redesign Schedule for Lembaga KITA Journals

Warm greetings,

To enhance user experience and improve publication governance, Lembaga KITA journal management will carry out system updates and a website redesign on September 1 – 20, 2026.

The updates cover:

  1. Website Redesign The main focus is delivering a refreshed OJS interface that is cleaner, faster, mobile-responsive, and provides a smoother submission flow for authors.

  2. ROR and ORCID Integration The system will integrate ROR IDs to standardize institutional affiliations with global databases, alongside ORCID iD integration for authors.

  3. New Manuscript Template & Guidelines A revised manuscript template will take effect once the update is completed. Authors will be required to include transparency statements (AI disclosure, author contributions, funding statements, and conflict of interest declarations).

  4. Reviewer Recruitment & APC Updates A dedicated "Become a Reviewer" registration menu and the updated Author Fees details will be accessible directly on the new navigation bar.

The update process will take place throughout September 1 – 20, 2026. We apologize for any intermittent adjustments that may occur while accessing the portal during this period.
