We are writing to inform you that the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform of the Lembaga Komunitas Informasi Teknologi Aceh (KITA) is currently undergoing a comprehensive server migration, upgrade, and domain change process. This essential maintenance is scheduled from April 1st to April 13th, 2026. This initiative is being undertaken with several key objectives:

1. To accommodate the significantly increasing number of readers and visitors to our journals.
2. To enhance system security and protect all article data, user accounts, and journal metadata.
3. To strengthen journal indexation across various reputable national and international scientific databases.
4. To improve platform performance and stability, ensuring a better experience for all users.

As part of this service enhancement, we are migrating to a new official OJS domain.

Please update your links, bookmarks, and references to our new domain.

Please be advised that only editorial data recorded up to and including April 3rd, 2026, has been successfully restored. Any activities performed after this date may not have been saved due to the migration process.

Therefore, we kindly request users who performed the following actions on or after April 4th, 2026, to repeat the process:

• Authors who have submitted articles are requested to resubmit their manuscripts.
• Reviewers who are in the process of reviewing articles are requested to re-input their review results.
• Editors who have made editorial decisions (revision, accept, reject) are requested to re-process those decisions.

During this migration and domain change process, we apologize that communication channels through our designated contact persons will be temporarily inactive. We are working diligently to restore all communication systems as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and cooperation.
